If you need to lớn return a used system, it is yourresponsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software,application software and data, & disable any security passwords. hecap.org warranty obligations are limited to the terms setforth below:

hecap.org warrants this refurbished hardware productagainst defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 Day date of original retail purchase.

If a defect exists, hecap.org will honor the warranty inone of the following ways;
