Double-click Setup.exe, which can be found in the folder where you unzip the downloaded file.2. Follow the instructions displayed to install hecap.org Expansion Manager.

Uninstall old version of hecap.org Expansion Manager prior to V2.4.0 before installing the latest version. The uninstallation does not effect on existing user data. (The existing user data won"t be deleted.)

After installing the hecap.org Expansion Manager, double-click* the hecap.org Expansion Manager icon (
